Sleep Workshop - Tuesday 23rd March 6pm

Getting enough sleep is one of the most important aspects of our wellbeing.
Sleep disturbances can interfere with both our physical and mental health. It's a time when our bodies rest and rejuvenate leaving us ready for the day ahead however, poor sleep can leave us feeling less than energised.
If you are suffering from the effects of sleep deprivation, you may experience the following symptoms.

You will be guided with
- Why is sleep important

- About the importance of nutrition and sleep
- Lifestyle factors that contribute to sleep deprivation and how to improve on your quality of sleep.
