This is you if :

You know everything you need to be doing but doing it & maintaining it is really hard.

It's hard because you are juggling many hats, life situations & working at the same time. 

It's hard because we don't have the time in our day to spend hours in the gym , cooking up a storm in the kitchen, hitting the mat or meditating when life around us feels chaotic & disordered.

You wear all the hats & overcoming our own negative thoughts & patterns is challenging enough.

When I have made the most progress in my own life, it's when I have been supported by a coach to help me make decisions & focus on my goals.

A mentor to challenge me but also lend me their knowledge & expertise when the path ahead seems muddied.Someone who has travelled the same path I have and can save me from making the same mistakes again

I've been on this road and know how hard it can feel to make significant changes long term.

It's frustrating when you feel like you've fallen off the healthy bandwagon

Your tired of looking after everyone else and you don't even have time to sit down with a cup of tea

Your exhausted everyday regardless of how much sleep your getting

Your body no longer feels like it's your own , you don't recognise it anymore

Your stuck in a cycle of doom and gloom thoughts that can take days to "snap out of it"

This is a 6 week programme so you can finally overcome hurdles that are holding you back, ditch the diet, & start fuelling your body and life goals in a different way.

 It's important to understand it's not only what we eat and how much we exercise that affects our health & wellbeing . Our health runs much deeper than this , under the many masks we hide on a daily basis. In order for us to feel our very best we need to nourish both physically & mentally ..we can eat all the spinach in the world ..but it's not going to make us happy :)


The programme Includes:

6 sessions 60 minutes  

Session 1 : Let's get clear on what your goal is & what's holding you back ..We will be using powerful tools to bring this to life, once we get a clear picture, a bespoke plan can be put into place so you have structure and focus.

Session 2 : Self sabotage , what's the patterns in your life that keep you from fulfilling your dreams ? are you a forever people pleaser ? this session allows you to understand your limiting beliefs so you can shift these patterns.

Session 3 &4  health  : The foundations of healthy eating and moving. This is not a diet ,or a gym plan, it's a flexible foundation so you can enjoy your food without needing to diet. You will have the confidence to eat when you are hungry, have more energy to do the things you enjoy doing without feeling your missing out

Session 4&5 Stress: What areas are you not addressing ? what's the pink elephant in the room? There isn't a magic bullet but a unique framework to keep your cool in times of stress

Session 6: Creating your unique framework in small , manageable  steps everyday so you can continue this journey 

Pre programme - you will be asked to complete a 7 day food diary and a health assessment so we can make our sessions tailored to your specific requirements

Most of all ..your here to have fun and learn along the way so you can feel AMAZING !!
